This is a special, hopefully limited-time room where YOU MUST BUILD THE ROOM! You must work against the clock before your money runs out, your contractors give up, and your business closes forever. SPB Permitting has set up a slurry of obstacles and you must crack the code in time to be able to build the room and play.
You and your team start in a room with no walls and first must figure out how to get a permit to install drywall. Why, you ask? No clue will help you unlock that secret. But to get the permit, you must first find the right FIMA form and chase down people to fill it out, but they too will be confused. You must get them to call Permitting for help but they too will get inconsistent answers, so you will be at the mercy of luck to get your permit submitted.
Submitting the permit application doesn’t get you where you need though! You now must locate the Substantial Damage Letter, which no one can tell you what or when to expect it. What a pitfall! Worse, the permit application may have had errors and that sends you back to the end of the line! Surely time will run out on you.
