What is an escape game and how does it work?
An Escape Game is a real-life escape game that consist of players, in groups of 2 or more, that are locked* in a room and have 60 minutes to find clues, solve puzzles, and work together as a team to escape the room before time runs out. As a normal part of escape games, teams are allowed to ask for clues from their Game Master to assist in their progress. Teams that work together have the highest success rate.

How early should I arrive to my appointment?
Please be here 10-15 minutes before your appointment. If you are late we may have to deduct time depending on how late you are and how busy it is. We can reschedule your appointment for free if needed.
Where should I park?
There is free parking in front, behind, and alongside the building. It can get busy at the businesses around us, so arrive with plenty of time to park and get inside.
Do I have to sign a wavier?
Yes and it will be emailed to your party once your reservation has been created. Click BOOK NOW at the top of the page to start this process!
Will there be other people in the room?
All of our rooms are private so it will only be you and whomever you invite to join you in the room.
How many people can play?
Each room requires a minimum of 2 players. The recommended maximum is 8 people; an exception can be made for up to 10 (please call after reserving). Some rooms have lower recommended maximums: see escape room details.
Do I need a reservation and how do I book a room?
Yes, reservations are required and must be made online. We recommend booking online or giving us a call before coming in so we can guarantee you a spot! Click the “Book Now” button on this page to book a room.
What is the age limit?
Escape rooms can be played by all ages. Each room has a different recommended age range to engage the puzzles and activities, generally starting around 5 years of age. Participants 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Participants under 16 must have their waiver signed by an adult. Some room themes may not be best for young ages; adult discretion is advised.
Am I really locked in a room?
Yes and No! You are hypothetically locked in the room. For you and your group’s safety, you can leave the room whenever you need to. However, if you leave the room your time does not stop. So please use the bathroom before you enter 🙂
Do you offer Military discount?
Yes we do! If inquiring about the discount please call for it to be applied and we do require identification to be shown for each individual.
Do you handle large groups?
Yes, we and often do accommodate corporate groups and large parties. (Birthdays, Bachelor/Bachelorette, etc) Please give us a call with any questions or concerns about your group. The Beach Escape game is known for fantastic team building exercises!
What if I need to cancel?
CANCELLATION POLICY: We at the Beach Escape Game are happy to accommodate schedule changes and cancellations, as long as they are made 24 hours in advance. With our current hours and room placement structure, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations that are made less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled room time. We appreciate your understanding!
Is there any reason I won’t be able to participate?
While guests of all kinds are welcome, we reserve the right to deny entrance if guests appear intoxicated, destructive, or otherwise unsafe to participate.
